- Callers can speak with counselors to help them with stress, anxiety, and grief associated with Hurricane Katrina. Callers may also receive referrals from a national database of community resources to help them with a numerous specific concerns, such as financial and legal issues. The service is free and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
